These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Morocco VPN, the Morocco VPN product website, and any related applications and services (together, the "Service"), all provided by Quantux Labs LLC ("Quantux Labs", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will use the Service only where it is lawful to do so. You are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on the use of VPN technology.
The Service
Morocco VPN is a consumer VPN application that establishes an encrypted connection between your device and our servers to help protect your privacy and security online. We may offer the Service on a free basis (subject to usage limits and optional rewarded ads) and on a paid subscription basis with additional benefits. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
The Service is provided for your personal, lawful use. It is not a substitute for a secure environment, and it does not make any activity anonymous or guarantee that you cannot be identified.
Limitations of use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, and must not attempt to, or permit or encourage anyone else to:
- use the Service to break any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others;
- use the Service to transmit malware, launch attacks, send spam, or otherwise harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any network, system, device, account, or data;
- distribute, share, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties, or use it to operate a service bureau or for any commercial resale;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or our infrastructure, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, security measures, anti-abuse protections, or authentication;
- copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use automated means, bots, or scripts to access or abuse the Service, or use it in a way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our systems;
- use the Service to host, share, or distribute content you do not have the right to, or to infringe intellectual property or other rights; or
- use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or that violates the policies of any app store or network through which you obtain or use it.
To keep the Service reliable, secure, and lawful for everyone, we operate automated protections against abuse and certain prohibited uses, and we may limit, suspend, or end access that violates these Terms.
Subscriptions, billing, and free usage
Paid subscriptions to Morocco VPN are sold and processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices, billing cycles, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription, and review Google's refund options, in the Google Play Store. Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, payments are non-refundable. Free usage allowances and any time earned through optional rewarded ads are provided at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual property
The Service, including the Morocco VPN application, the website, and all related software, text, graphics, designs, logos, and other content, together with all intellectual property rights in them, are owned by Quantux Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Quantux", "Quantux Labs", and "Morocco VPN", and our logos, are trademarks of Quantux Labs LLC.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.
Accuracy of materials
The materials that appear on our website and within the Service are provided for general information only. While we work to keep them current and correct, they may include technical, typographical, or other errors, and may describe features, performance, availability, or pricing that change over time. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, reliable, or up to date, and we may change them or the Service at any time without notice. You should not rely on the materials as your only basis for any decision, and any reliance is at your own risk.
Third-party services and links
The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services and websites (for example, the Google Play Store, advertising and messaging providers, and our hosting provider). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, that any defects will be corrected, or that it will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result. No advice or information you obtain from us creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Quantux Labs, its officers, members, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, including by uninstalling the app and, where applicable, cancelling your subscription through the Google Play Store.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, if your use poses a risk to the Service or to others, or if we discontinue the Service. We may do so with or without cause. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms and the Service
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. You agree that the courts located in New Mexico will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by law.
