Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Quantux Labs LLC ("Quantux Labs", "we", "us", or "our") develops and operates Morocco VPN, a privacy-focused VPN application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what information we handle when you use Morocco VPN, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

We built Morocco VPN around a simple idea: a VPN should never become the thing that watches you. We keep a strict no-logs policy and collect as little as possible to run the service, support subscriptions, and prevent abuse.

By using Morocco VPN, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The short version

  • We do not keep logs of your browsing, the apps and sites you visit, or the contents of your traffic.
  • We do not keep a record that links your IP address to what you do online.
  • We do not require your name, email, or any account sign-up to use the app.
  • We do handle a small amount of information — such as your subscription status and limited technical and usage signals — only to operate the service, manage free usage limits, deliver optional ads, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • We use a few trusted providers (Google Play, Appodeal, Firebase, and Cloudflare) to make the service work.

Our no-logs commitment

Because protecting your privacy is the entire point of the product, we are explicit about what we do not monitor or keep:

  • Your browsing. We do not record the websites, apps, or services you reach through the VPN.
  • Your traffic. We do not read, store, or sell the contents of the data you send or receive.
  • Activity tied to your identity. We do not build a profile of you or keep a history that connects your IP address to your online activity.
  • Personal account details. There is no account to create, so we don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or address to use the app.

Some information is processed momentarily to make your connection work — for example, your traffic has to be routed to its destination — but that is the nature of any internet connection, and we don't turn it into a stored record of your activity.

Information we handle

To provide the service, we handle a limited set of information:

  • A device identifier. The app uses an identifier for your installation so we can apply your free usage allowance, recognize your subscription, and prevent abuse. It is not your name and is not used to identify you personally.
  • Connection and usage information. We process limited technical information needed to connect you and to keep the service reliable, secure, and within fair-use limits.
  • Subscription status. If you subscribe, we keep track of whether your subscription is active so paid features work.
  • Optional ad rewards. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn free time, we record that the reward was granted to your device. To deliver and measure these ads, our advertising partner and its ad networks receive limited device information — including your IP address, your device's advertising ID, and the approximate (IP-based) location derived from it.
  • Optional push messaging. If your device supports it, we may use a push-messaging identifier to send you service-related notifications. The app works fine without it.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the VPN service;
  • manage free usage limits and deliver and credit optional rewarded ads;
  • confirm and maintain subscriptions, and handle refunds and cancellations;
  • send service-related notifications;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and processed through the Google Play Store. Payment is handled entirely by Google — we never receive or store your card or banking details. Google provides us only what we need to confirm and maintain your subscription, including refund and cancellation updates. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store.

Keeping the service safe and lawful

To keep Morocco VPN reliable, secure, and lawful, the service includes automated protections against abuse and certain prohibited uses, and may block access to a limited set of disallowed destinations. These protections operate automatically and are not used to log or profile your activity.

Third-party services

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service, and they handle information only as needed for that purpose:

  • Google Play — sells and manages subscriptions and processes payments.
  • Appodeal — delivers optional rewarded ads (mediation; may include partner ad networks). When an ad is shown, Appodeal and its partners collect device information such as your IP address, advertising ID, and approximate (IP-based) location for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Appodeal's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase — supports push notifications and core app services.
  • Cloudflare — hosts our website and supporting services.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. You can review Google's Privacy Policy, Appodeal's Privacy Policy, Firebase's Privacy documentation, and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Quantux Labs, our users, or the public.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Because we do not keep browsing or activity logs, there is no such history to retain.

Security

We protect your connection with strong, modern encryption and design the service to minimize the information at risk in the first place. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but keeping less data is our first and best safeguard.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses of it. Because the limited information we hold is not tied to your real-world identity, the most direct controls are:

  • Uninstall the app to stop processing and remove the app's data from your device.
  • Skip rewarded ads — they are always optional.
  • Manage your subscription anytime in the Google Play Store.
  • Contact us to request deletion of information associated with your installation, subject to legal retention requirements.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@quantuxlabs.com.

International users

Quantux Labs LLC is based in the United States. By using the app, you understand that the limited information we handle may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Children's privacy

Morocco VPN is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
